Are you a licensed chauffeur company?

Paramount Chauffeurs are a fully licensed and insured for hire and reward purposes. All our chauffeurs are DBS policed checked and ROSPA Qualified for your added safety.

 

How can I book a journey?

We have a very interactive website that allows you to make a booking in various ways.

If you look up at the top right of your screen you’ll see the option to ‘Make a booking’ online alternatively, you can email us at bookings@paramountchauffeurs.com or call us on 07412 789176.

 

How do I pay for my journey?

There are various ways in which you can pay for our services:

  • Invoicing
  • Cash
  • Credit card account

 

Which vehicle can I book?

Our chauffeur driven fleet include the following:

  • Mercedes S-Class limosine
  • Mercedes V-Class Extra Long Wheel based
  • Audi A8 Limosine
  • Range Rover Vogue Autobiography

Please note, the vehicle option may change subject to availability, however if you require a particular car, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we shall do our very best to accommodate your needs.

 

Do fares include parking and tolls?

Parking and tolls are not included. Any additional costs will be added to your final invoice and are kept at a minimum.

 

How will I meet my chauffeur at the aiRport?

Your chauffeur will be waiting in arrivals for you, holding a sign or name-board, this is to your discretion. Paramount will text you the day before your job with confirmation of the collection, so you will know the name of driver collecting you and what number to contact them on should you need to.

 

 I need to cancel my booking, will there be a charge?

  • Cancellation within 48hrs of the start of your booking, Paramount will charge 50% of the cost of your booking.
  • Cancellation within 24hrs of the start of your booking, Paramount will charge full cost of your booking.
  • Cancellation in advance of 48hrs – No charge

 

Which areas do you provide a chauffeur service to?

Paramount Chauffeur services are available throughout the entire UK, with being based in the Midlands we are central to the UK and able to meet our customers demands quickly and efficiently.
